Yes, we offer full refunds for cancellations made 14 days or more before the event. Cancellations between 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person by contacting our support team.

We're always looking for knowledgeable speakers! Click the "Register" button on our homepage and select "Speaker Registration." Fill out the form with your proposed topic, abstract, and background. Our program committee reviews all submissions and will contact you within 2-3 weeks.
